Our experienced fire lawyers represent homeowners, renters and businesses affected by fires throughout California. Our trial attorneys have been appointed by California judges to serve in leadership roles in several large, coordinated disaster and fire cases, including in the 2017 PG&E Fire Cases, San Bruno Explosion and Butte Fire cases. Collectively we have more experience taking on PG&E than any other law firm in California.

Our team of wildfire lawyers has been widely-recognized for the quality of our work and achievements on behalf of our clients:

Our firms consist of seasoned trial lawyers, leading national personal injury attorneys, and experienced complex litigators. To our representation of fire victims, including the Camp Fire, lawyers from our firms bring a deep knowledge of the fire-prevention policies of major utility companies and are well-positioned to leverage the hard work from our previous fire cases to benefit our clients.

What Sets Us Apart?

Collectively, we have more experience suing PG&E than any other law firm in California.

Our first case was nearly 30 years ago. We know PG&E’s playbook almost better than PG&E. They’ve hired a different law firm for each previous fire lawsuit, but we stay the same. We know the documents and witnesses better than PG&E’s own attorneys.

We also have the strongest trial background against PG&E.

Mike Danko is the only attorney in Northern California to proceed to verdict against PG&E in a case of this type. A jury listened to all of the evidence and awarded his clients money damages. As recent as 2017 on behalf of six of our clients, we started a trial in Sacramento against PG&E. After three days those cases settled. In 2013, we represented several residents injured by the PG&E San Bruno explosion. Their cases had been fully prepared for trial. PG&E settled these cases on the eve of trial.

Our team of fire lawyers takes a client-centered approach.

We will meet with you, visit your property and take your phone calls. Detailed personal knowledge about our clients makes us more effective advocates.

Courts appointed our lawyers to lead the legal battles against PG&E in San Mateo and Sacramento counties.

We have earned credibility with the judges throughout Northern California.
